RENTAL GUIDELINES
Prospective tenants are required to submit the following documents:

Co-Application – Optional, only if applicable.

Recent Credit Report – Must be from the past 90 days. Submit via email. We recommend using CreditKarma.com as it offers free reports.

Background Check – Obtain a hard copy from your local Sheriff's Office and email it to us. Visit the FAQ for more information.

Verification Consent Form
Please Note – All leases are for a minimum of one (1) year. We are happy to explore the rent-to-own option if you qualify as a preferred tenant after one year and are interested in doing so.
